Focus on core development activities (early stage clinical studies)

The Company will continue its current preclinical development program, and advance selected candidates through clinical trials either independently or with partners, whilst maintaining all rights for its technology. The company will continue to devlop the platform technology, further leveraging it to create new vaccine candidates expanding the Company's development pipeline.

Building IPR, covering both technology platform and vaccine candidates

The Company will keep all IP rights to its technology platform and sell all rights to its vaccine candidates as part of partnering.

Outsourcing all non-core activities

The Company outsources its non-core activities, including production of peptides, adjuvants, delivery methods and other support functions not deemed essential to the success of the Company.

Licensing out products / product areas after early stage clinical studies

The Company intends to license out rights for the commercialization of its products after established proof of concept. The Company will seek global or regional partners from larger biotech and/or pharma companies for each product (disease).

License partners take the lead role for late stage clinical trials, approval, marketing, and sales

Bionor Pharma will contribute with product supply and expertise and knowledge from its pre-clinical and clinical development activities.
