Bionor Pharma and Orkla-owned Axellus have today signed a binding agreement under which Bionor will transfer the Nutrilett trademarks to Axellus for a consideration of NOK 110 million. The binding agreement replaces the Memorandum of Understanding which was signed on 9^th December. Closing of the transaction is scheduled to 6th January 2011.
